After completing the distribution and application of sack upon sack of vermicompost to every durian tree on Terrace 1, we moved on to the next task—fermenting manure.
There were still countless sacks of manure waiting to be processed. Each one needed to be emptied, mixed with EM4 (Effective Microorganisms) to aid fermentation, and carefully prepared to ensure optimal nutrient enrichment.
It’s a labor-intensive process, but this is what makes working in our durian orchard so rewarding. Every step brings us closer to stronger, healthier trees and a more bountiful harvest!
