In Yarik, Naya, and Eva’s grandma’s garden, the soil was anything but fertile—dense, hard, and unyielding. Transforming it into fertile ground became our mission, and it wasn’t an easy task.
Armed with determination, we began loosening the soil with shovels, creating mounds that we enriched with manure to improve its fertility. The work was grueling, especially under the scorching midday sun. The ground was stubborn, filled with rocky layers and compacted clay that demanded extra effort to break apart.
Despite the challenges, we kept going, motivated by the vision of a thriving garden. After a few intense sessions, the transformation was complete—lush, fertile mounds of soil now ready to welcome fruit trees. The hard work paid off, and the land was finally prepared for planting.
